I practice construction law and focus on helping contractors get paid on construction projects and protecting their rights and assets. I focus on filing mechanics liens, bond claims, construction contract drafting and negotiation and forming LLCs, corporations and other entities. I have experience both as an attorney in a construction law firm and as a subcontractor. I know all the challenges of being a contractor as well as the challenges of Texas lien law. I offer a flat rate for many services.
