The Grind
The Grind provides personal training classes that last one hour, featuring a coach on the floor. Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, strength training or skill work, and concludes with a metabolic conditioning workout. Workouts can be scaled or modified to accommodate various fitness levels and goals.
