Josephine "Jay" Janolo, the owner, is a Licensed Medical Massage Practitioner (License Number MT105855) specializing in Medical Massage, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, FasciAshi ROM, Kinesio-Taping, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal & Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation stretching. She is also an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer #2716067 and an AFAA Primary Group Fitness Instructor experienced in Nike Training, Turbo Kickboxing, AFAA Aqua, Silver Snickers 1, UJAM Fitness, Pound Fitness, Zumba Fitness, Aqua Zumba and Zumba Toning.
