We offer a broad range of outpatient surgical procedures performed by several board certified specialists. Paying for surgery out-of-pocket, commonly known as self-paying, can be incredibly expensive, but not with us. We offer affordable pricing that works without insurance coverage. Our flat rates include: Surgeon’s fees Facility fees Nursing fees Anesthesiology fees Lab fees. We’re happy to arrange a payment plan that works best for you. We strive to provide the highest quality of care with patient convenience in a safe, welcoming environment. We have highly trained, compassionate staff and focus on personal, one-on-one patient care. Our facility has four operating rooms and performs an average of 3,500 surgical cases per year.

Craig Olson, MD, FACS, is an experienced board-certified and fellowship-trained colorectal surgeon who specializes in rectal and colon cancer and pelvic floor disorders. He performs advanced minimally invasive robotic and laparoscopic surgeries and uses enhanced recovery pathways to optimize outcomes. He has a particular interest in treating the full spectrum of colon, rectal and anal disorders such as rectal and colon cancer, diverticulitis, constipation, pelvic floor disorders and inflammatory bowel disease. He also has experience with complex abdominal wall reconstruction and anorectal conditions such as hemorrhoids and anal fistula.

John Tenny MD is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in shoulder, hip and knee surgery.
