What should I do if my insurance adjuster did not approve my roof replacement?

Contact a certified roofing contractor for a full roof inspection. Relying solely on the adjuster's assessment may not provide a complete picture.

How can I tell if I have hail damage to my roof?

Hail damage is often not visible to the untrained eye. If hail has occurred in your area, it is advisable to schedule a professional inspection.

How do I choose the right roofing contractor?

Look for referrals and check reviews online. Ensure the contractor is licensed, insured, and ask about their certifications and warranties.

What is the lifespan of different roofing materials?

Composition shingles typically last 12-20 years, asphalt shingles 15-30 years, and wood shingles 20-25 years, depending on the material.

Can my roof be repaired or does it need to be replaced?

If the roof is old and has frequent issues, replacement may be necessary. For minor problems, repairs may suffice, but a professional inspection is needed.
