We offer a broad range of outpatient surgical procedures performed by several board certified specialists. Paying for surgery out-of-pocket, commonly known as self-paying, can be incredibly expensive, but not with us. We offer affordable pricing that works without insurance coverage. Our flat rates include: Surgeon’s fees Facility fees Nursing fees Anesthesiology fees Lab fees. We’re happy to arrange a payment plan that works best for you. We strive to provide the highest quality of care with patient convenience in a safe, welcoming environment. We have highly trained, compassionate staff and focus on personal, one-on-one patient care. Our facility has four operating rooms and performs an average of 3,500 surgical cases per year.

Our practice is located in Richardson, TX, and our podiatrist, David Haddad, DPM, treats a variety of general podiatric conditions. Some of these conditions include heel pain, ingrown toenails, fungal toenails, hammertoes, and bunions. Dr. Haddad also specializes in custom orthotics and sports injury treatment.
